Happy New Year

Sup yo!

Banyak betul msg offline yahoo messenger yang start with that kind of greeting. All of them were promoting their bogel website and so on.

Why me?

Sebelum terlupa, I'd like to wish Selamat Hari Raya AildilAdha. I was in JB ALONE on that day doing my job.

I'll not be in JB for the next 2-3 weeks due to something but I would still be able for any photography job.

Recently been doing some time-consuming photography job but I do enjoy doing it. I have updated my Photo Blog with a few entries.

Been busylah.. even a friend called me asking why am I no longer found online.

I need a living. Recently was not doing so well, resulting from the recent raining and flood. So i need to keep myself busy.

So see you guys later. Maybe tomorrow, or next year.

Happy New Year jugak.

Adios.

Clarification of why this and that..

First,

People had been asking me, why do I charge such amount for photography. So here is why.

I'm charging RM170 for each roll.

1. Transportation cost, estimated around RM15 per trip, if in JB.
2. 36 piece of high quality 4R prints + 1 A4 print (RM36 + RM15) = RM51.
3. High Quality Album = RM40
4. Photography hours = 3 hours x RM20 = RM60
5. Individual treatment of picture editing hours - Almost 15 minutes for each picture which is countless in cost..

and bla bla bla.. It's just the cost and the wages without any profit.

I believe it is more that RM170 but i'm still charging RM170 per roll.

And I'm free after weeks of busy days. Wah I can breathe a lil bit relaxed now.

So here I am. Sitting at home doing nothing.

Blegh.

December 5, 2007

Hello Hello.. R u there?

We're about to approach 2008.

I was busy doing nothing much. Spending a lot of time learning new things lately.

And I've been busy with photography projects too. My recent submitted project was to submit a picture of Gunung Panti and Kota Tinggi Waterfall to Jabatan Perhutanan of Johor Bahru District. (More about the project at My Photo Blog)

Well, what's more interesting thing that I'd like to share here is about the trip after surveying the area that I'm about to shoot. We went inside the forest to see some logging activities. Normally at the loggin site they will have this kind of license signage with some indication of the license information.

Then I found this. A cut of a log which you can normally found it being commercialized, which they plant some small trees inside that hole. Now I know where do they got all that.

I think this is such a nice thing. The small branches form a lot of leading lines and I must say it somekind of soothing to the eyes. To me la at least hehehehe.

Then, all of a sudden, we met with this. Guess what?

It's the biggest Tongkat Ali I've ever found. Imagine the 'magic' some people believe it will do to you. :p

We leave it there, and will take it back sometimes later.

In the middle of the forest, it's quite weird when you can see land being cleard up like this for oil palm plantation. Nice or not nice? It was not a good scene to look at but i think it looks quite nice in the picture.

Arrived at the logging site. Nowadays, the timber size are rather small. Last time, a timber diameter used to be as wide as 3-4 meter and imagine how big was that. And people last time, used iron cable to pull it up to the lorry, not like nowadays where as they use excavator.

On the way back, we took the tongkat ali and brought it home. It's going to be displayed at one of the exhibition later.

Nice eh? I wish i can go in again.

10 days after...

At last. 'Padan muka' John Howard. He lost in the recent election and I know Australians down there are not stupid enough to support such a 'senget' person. It's a good news that Rudd is going to salvage their armies in Iraq.

Who would stand someone who send his people for slaughter? Just like during the pagan time of Europe. They send people to war but the king were just sitting on their horse waiting for victory or to retreat. So cruel and mean. But at least, they're still on the warfield, making themselves available to the enemy. Thus, make them heroes!

Nowadays, a decision to send people for war is just by a phone call. I bet, if we ask every single individual went to the war, they would say 'NO'. Those who were sent to war are just low-ranked people ready for slaughter.

The country leaders and even the high ranked armies were just sitting still in comfort. Waiting for nothing firm. They're not hero. They're chicken. But that's what politics are for. I'm also a chicken. Why would i go to war if i can make money and live happily.

At least I don't initiate war, like politicians, but I'd go to the war if it's really necessary. I was told that we have this kind of emergency program for all the ex-military cadet, wataniah what ever to be called upon emergency, just like what the National Service for in Singapore. Right or wrong, I don't know.

If I'm ever to be summoned, I'll be in the green berret. If you want to be a hero, be a real herolah!

Even Prophet Muhammad went to war himself. Heroic kan?

Still, there are some 'terlebih heroic' people who are so blessed with extra energy to went on the street for demonstrations. Yalah, nak pegi perang, there's no war at all.

One after another, it was Bersih then Hindraf. Wonder what would come next. I wouldn't be commenting on the demo itself as blood was involved. Imagine if the policeman is your own father or brother. Sedih tak?

I don't intend to sound offensive here, but logically, if I'm an Indian, I'd be thankful to be living in Malaysia. Even though, Indians were brought in with the 'pecah dan perintah' in mind, as the time goes by, we are at par with each other nowadays.

In fact, Malay people can also sue British for a lot of things. We can even sue British for causing complications that made Pulau Batu Putih to be available for them to claim. We can even sue British for everything that we suffer nowadays.

We can then sue the Japanese as well. Do i have to mention everything they did during the World War II?

It's endless.

Bz bz bz bz bz...

Yeah that was accident really happened to me, but that was not my car. I managed to flee to the left when I saw that motorbike and as I expected the front frontier must have floored the brake pedal like mad.

As I fled, there comes another lorry and hit the braking frontier. I watched everything in a bump..

I went straight to Kota Tinggi for my photography job and managed to track the car later at a workshop's yard. Didn't see the lorry around.

So I'm all safe.

November 16, 2007

That was damn close......

I was driving my Frontier up to Kota Tinggi from JB. As I'm cruiding at 100 km/h, there's another Frontier, recklessly driven and overtaken my car; in a way that my front bumper tip has almost bumped into that frontier's rear.

You know me..

I full-throttled and started to chase and run. I was tailgating like mad pushing the other frontier to the max. We were about to reach the junction to Kota Tinggi when suddenly...

I saw a motorcyclist crossed the road and....

Bang!

Luckily that I'm safe without getting injured, not even a single scratch.

Man forgets car at gas station

BERLIN (Reuters) - A German man forgot his car after filling it up at a petrol station, police said Friday.

"He just forgot about it and walked off home," said a spokesman for police in the western city of Wuppertal.

After the car had sat blocking the pump for about an hour, a woman working at the petrol station became suspicious and alerted authorities.

Officers contacted the 63-year-old from Remscheid, who came straight back to fetch the vehicle. He had paid to fill up the car before walking off.

Well, does similar things happened to us as well?

The reason why I tend to use my credit card at the gas station is because of a few happenings that I left the petrol station, without filling in the gas, after I paid for the gas at the counter.

(Malaysian system for cash payment at the gas stations is pay first then only you fill your gas tank)

There are also cases (especially at the watson, guardian and supermarkets) where I've forgotten to take the purchased items after paying. Especially at the watson, because they keep the item to themselves and only give it back to us after the payment and demagnetization of the item has completed.

Then suddenly people chasing me to return my purchased items.

A little bit on the BERSIH (la konon) demonstration last Saturday, in KL.

I'm very f*cking fed up with you people out there. I'm not in the 100% agreeing with the government also but I never bother other people's life!

If u wanna know, there were 2 LRT stations had to be shut down. There's a guy who cannot make it to the hospital as his Wife was giving birth! The traffic was jam-packed like hell in all over KL. There's a lot of transportation delay as the demonstration does effect Puduraya. A lot of students stranded at the puduraya because of this protest.

And a friend of mine who opened a shop nearby the Masjid Jamek area scared like apig as his shop's glasses was thrown with stones and broken.

If someone was dying and badly need to be sent to the hospital badly, what would happened?

Itu baru sikit.. Mana pergi otak orang2 dalam BERSIH ni? Kenapa tak habis2 menyusahkan hidup orang lain?

Moral : Nasib baik gua tak pegi KL.

Just a note...

I thinkla, most bloggers are less blogging nowadays. Don't know what had ever happened to these people, there's a lot of reason why that we may not haveto discuss it over.

I have a lot to rant in this blog whenever i was out, away from the pc or doing my work but when i sit in front of the PC, i lost everything but I'll try my best to recall.

Remember this?

"Oi.. menceceh menceceh menceceh menceceh, menceceh...."

But one morning, i heard it was changed to..

"Oh, uniknya uniknya uniknya..... singapuraaaaaaa...."

First of all, if you notice on TV3, there's a lot of visit singapore promotion. And if you can still remember, last time, there were also the promotion of visit australia.

I don't really get it! Can anyone tell me any logical explanation of why should Malaysia promote to visit singaore, while both countries are in a fight over Pulau Batu Putih in the Hague and don't u think that it was quite an interest of conflict?

Yeah, I mean it. Interest of conflict.

Or should i rephrase it back to the conflict of interest. Ah. Make your own pick.

What is wrong with the media? Aren't they supposed to be more sensitive?

You guys have no idea what will happened once Singapore owns Pulau Batu Puteh. The Lion Island will grow twice as big, towards the eastern entrance and Pasir Gudang port is surely go to 'BUNGKUS'!

Their claims? It's the Malaysia's persistent lack of protest in the face of Singapore's constant and clear manifestations of sovereignty over Pedra Branca/Pulau Batu Puteh and its adjacent waters since 1947 and up to 1989 constitutes a clear recognition of Singapore's sovereignty.

Well, this entry is not a portrayal of my dislikeness of singaporean people. I like singapore, and love going there, and I had a lot of good friends from there as well.

It's just something that I didn't get.

Like a drama.

Life's full of drama.

Well here are some petua orang tua2 that I've just got to know but I'm can't really wait to share with you guys!

1. Kayap or shingles (herpes zoster) - this disease can be treated by a bachelor man who married to a widow (either one) just by reciting bismillah and selawat, and spit on the affected area. It really worked!

2. Fish bone dead stuck in your throat - find someone who was born in breech position (songsang). By just dipping one of his/her fingers into the water, and drink the water, it works!

That's all for now folks. Will update later!

November 2, 2007

Clarified...!

Okayh.. issue clarified and I'm reputting the enrty back in here. So you guys who have been asking about it, here you are!

I'd been pretty occupied lately with all the photography job, paid or unpaid. It has been my nature to be able to sit in front of the pc for hours doing something and better, I'm doing something really beneficial out of it.

I've just updated my photo blog with one of my recent project. It was fun as i had the chance to photograph two beautiful lady, a mother and a daughter of which it carries the theme of 'Pulang Berhari Raya'. (Go back to hometown for raya festival).

It had inspired me to get a raya project for myself.

Yeah. It will be done next year, starting from a few days before raya, until I've became fat enough to stop photo capturing.

Yeah now I'm fat too. I hardly walk that yesterday I was almost falling down while photo capturing my father's event.

So that was my first attempt of photo group. Yeah, it was kinda messy but i'd prefer it to be that way. It was kind of small but i think u guys may still see the faces clearly.

That's the power of Canon 40D.

Eh have u heard? Hahaha.. I bought a new camera. It's a Canon. EOS 40D. The latest one. The outcome? Superb!

And I already had a few canon lens; including that prime 50mm, 28-105mm USM and the 70-200mm f2.8L lens!

I managed to sell my Sigma 18-200mm to Nadya. And i'm still keeping my 17-50mm Tamron lens.

So afterwards, keep on your eyes on my photo blog. There will be more updates coming. With more techniques of photography and editing.

Love,

-Izham-

Aramak...

Seriously...

Alahmak.. aisehman.. whatever else words that can describe how regret I am for my stupid previous entry.

As u guys were hoping, it was such a joke and I didn't mean it at all. U know me lah, sometimes i spiced up my writings, to make it fun to read.

I wasn't writing it in anger or anything. I laughed all the way when I wrote those things. I intended to be creative to tell you guys what was going on during my short Aidilfitri break. I'm so tired at that time that I need something to cheer myself.

Well, it doesn't cheer most of you. It was a joke. It wasn't real at all. Except for the 'jual lembu' thing and the raya story.

Yeah it sounds real so that you guys will think that it's real and if u think it's real, i think i managed to get you people deep into my writings.

I have always overlooked in a lot of things that I'm doing nowadays. Pardon my absent-mindedness. I'm just a human. I myself was/and still is a badass. I've been feeling terrible for this one big mistake i have done.

With my deep regret, humbly and sorry, I'm pulling off my previous entry.

Selamat Hari Raya, maaf zahir & batin.

Hello.. hi... lu sapa? owh sape-sape jela ek.. hehehe.. how are you? u horny huh?

Oh what really? U missed me? U missed me or u miss something else? Hehehe..

I missed you so much too. But I think i lied la.. I never missed you one. I missed you only when i cannot sleep at night time hahahahahaha..

Oh you know right I've been selling cattle meat on the 2nd and last day of puasa and managed to sell off everything. Got some ong and untung and can pay the kids wages. Eh not kids la.. my cousin and my bro in lawyer only.. eh in law.. silap..

Yeah, one cattle on the first day, 2 cattles on the next day. One little two little three little cattle.. hei apada.. Amazingly, i managed to finish 2 cattles in 2 hours without anyone realizing it. Time is so fast. My car is slow la. Must upgrade a lil bit.

And I managed to complete my puasa, Alhamdulillah. Not like last year, not only that we're so in loss, i missed 2 days of fasting. But I know you must have not been puasa-ing for at least 7 days la. U wanna bet? What 14 days? Hahaha. U mampus la to replace.

Oh yeah, my cousin afiq and my brother in Law, dak Pai helped me with the cattle selling. And better, we managed to reach kampung by 6PM and I managed to go to Giant to buy some nice drinks. You know what, it's really hard to find Justea in packs nowadays. I'm just so lucky to get the last pack, and better, we're rewarded with 2 free packs of justea. hehe.. U like justea right? I know last time u went sakit perut after getting drunk with Justea. Told ya already, justea haram hahaha.. only to you because u get drunk with justea.

Ha, my bro in law also got lobang you know. Err.. Yeah i know that lobang. I also got. Not that lobang for pooping la, lobang to get cheap fireworks and firecrackers. After 30 years of living.. eh oooooppppsss 30 already hahaha.. kantoi kantoi..

So for the first time in my life, I lighted up tat KLCC-like fireworks. Wah I was really like a beruk! Because I was terperanjat beruk loking how amazing that I can light that kind of firecracker myself. A lot of beruk turned human as they terperanjat manusia. Hahaha..

Bodoh la u.. itu pun u nak percaya ka? I lied ma. Of coursela i lied. What? U think I'm so honest with you mah?

Eh who says I called you during Raya night? I went out with all my cousins and in laws to Takbir from house to house. I didn't even bother to answer any calls pun. Who did call u then? Not me of course!

Eh, how come u claim i see you on raya night? U crazy beruk! I was in kampung la.

Who say I didn't pay your money? Last time it was you who borrowed my money to buy that stupid car. Now who hutang who?

What? U told me u're not a lesbian anymore but who was that tomboy sitting on you naked when I entered your house last time? U're fucking horny beruk! With a girl also can jalan....

Huh? Who are you? Hahahahaha...

Surat Rasmi Hari Raya & Pesanan Penaja

No 8, Jalan Nasi Lemak 2 tergantung,
Bandar Baru Udang, <- hahahaha
81200, Johor Bahru, Johor.

Dear all my beloved readers and friends,

LETTER FOR HARI RAYA

5 more days to the big day of Eid and we're almost to end the chilling and kewl fasting journey in this dry and hot weather of Ramadhan.

And u know what.

As my parents and my sister went back to Senawang and I was so alone at home, I was so lazy to go out so I decided to cook my very own recipe of Nasi Lembu Berkunyit, which turns out to smell very nice but...

My mom's salt has gone out of stock so it was tasteless.

But eating it with kicap is quite nice also. So I manage to finish 2 pots of nasi alone.

I haven't paid my zakat till today and i've almost forgotten. There are so many things to catch up as Ramadhan is the only month for me to rest at home and learn new things.

I'm coming up with a very much more excellent after-processing pictures in the near future.

So as the eid is approaching so near, i'd like to wish everyone Selamat Hari Raya and do spares me some cookies if i'm calling to come over for raya, especially yeah Zetty, i think i nak beraya rumah u. Who else eh? Tengok la sape2. I can only think of Zetty for the moment because her kampung is quite reachable from my Kampung and I really wanna have a taste of her so-called legendary Rendang.

I was just able to deny rumours about our former Prime Minister that had passed away by reading his improvement over his health situation on his Daughter, Marina Mahathir's blog. Let us pray that he will get well very very the soon so that he can continue enjoying his retirement happily, after what he has contributed to our country.

I still love him very much. A person worth to die for.

So Selamat Hari Raya to everyone. Thanx for continuing support to this humble blog and majulah blog utk negara.

Sekian Terima Kasih.

Yours Sincerely,

Does you know?

Hahahahaha..!

Someone did asked me using that phrase yesterday.

I said, "No, I does not"

**********

"Does you know" about Facebook? It's a modular friendster like service, where you can choose your own application to be put on your profile. I guess people like zetty and fina are less updating their blog because of this thing.

It's addictive, does you know that? :p

**********

"Does you know" that the Hari Raya is just around the corner? It's less than 2 weeks from the moment i'm composing this blog. Are you prepared? What have you prepared for yourself, family, what so ever.

Have you:

1. prepared your baju melayu or baju kurung? What about your family's?
2. get the envelope for "duit raya" or "ang-pow"?
3. changed for smaller denomination or you may end up giving RM50 to everyone.
4. prepared or bought the all the kuih raya or cookies?
5. serviced your car before long journey?
6. paid all the necessary bills before leaving for long holidays?
7. booked rendang/lemang/ketupat/dodol?
8. got enough beef/chicken for raya?
9. APPLIED FOR YOUR LEAVE? (if u're working)
10. BOUGHT YOUR TICKET? (if u travel by bus, train or airplane)
11. DECIDED WHICH KAMPUNG TO GO BACK FOR RAYA? (if u're married)
12. bought SMART TAG or TOUCH 'n' GO for highway use?

That's all i can think for now. Any more suggestion?

**********

"Does you know" that 4 men and a woman has been remanded with regards to the case of Nurin Jazlin (oh sangat comelnya dia, rugi seorang wanita yang bakal cantik dari dunia ini).

For the past few months, I've been quietly observing the case, with sorrow and disguise. I can't believe that Nurin was found dead in a gym bag in PJ. I was crying silently denying that it was her.

I was in rage; trying to blame her parents. At that time, I was in agony as i thought the policemen were trying to close the case.

It was all written, that Nurin met the Creator in such a suffering way. We were all were throbbed at the heart, trying to believe that the girl found dead in the bag was her.

I was wrong. Dead wrong.

The morrow crying over Nurin's death were still haunting me in my sleeps. I couldn't imagine if I'm the taxi driver named Jazimin.

Al-Fatihah, may Allah bless her and become one of the most beautiful angel in heaven.

The latest update was the arrest of an Indonesian Lady who were suspected to play a role of the child's caretaker while in the ransom but at the same time acting like someone who is caring enough to ask the police of what's going on and blaming the police of not doing a good job.

Damn.

You see how cruel a woman can be? That's why i believe in a saying,

"Tangan yang menghayun buaian bisa menggegar dunia"

Masya Allah. Sampai hati. Pray to god that we may find the culprit, arrest him, put him on trial and punish him, or maybe her.

When I was in KL the last few days, I happened to be listening to the new BERNAMA Radio and during one of the discussion, they open up the session for the listeners to suggest;

"WHAT SHOULD BE THE PUNISHMENT FOR THE NURIN'S MURDERER?"

I cannot think of anything else except for this... Or do you guys have any better idea? Please share with me, so maybe we can forward it to the government as it will become a good lesson for such an animal!

September 28, 2007

I'm in KL and terribly fooded.

Since Wednesday.

Izzat my brother has gone back to volgograd russia for his study. I can see he's a lil bit sad while leaving us at the airport. Yelah, it was a nice 2 months of staying together with the family and I got to gain weight because of him.

Because of him, my mom cook all the good food. So?

That's why i gained weight instead of losing.

After he went off, I went to the Cilis (betul ke eja nih) at the One Utama. At first, we weren't able to get a seat but a while later a few non-muslim leave the restaurant and we (there were me, my sister ina and her hubby and their son, afiyak) were seated.

And later we were comfortably sated too.

I ordered the juicy oldtimer burger, ina ordered steak and pye ordered fajitas. Damn. I was so beefed to the max. When I'm beefed, i feel like bodoh. Bodoh till i'm not able to say anything rather than just being quiet.

Beef at the cilis are so nice.

On thursday, I went to the Mid Valley with Mazuien and we had sushis. I still remembered last time when I went to the Sushi King, one of the staff there told me that sweet soy sauce was alcoholized.

Was it true? Because yesterday i mixed it well with the wasabi and enjoyed it with 13 plates of sushi. And that wasabi bites to my brain, gosh. Addictive!

Later that night, I had nasi lemak panas telur mata kerbau goyang! Hahaha.. and someone think that I'm jahat.

I'm gonna be free today as all my things had been settled yesterday. I was thinking of visiting some friends at work but what for? They're all working and we cannot even have tea so I don't know what to do actually.

Expecting to see some bloggers today. I was thinking of a place to go for berbuka puasa. Any suggestion? A friend asked me go to Terminal Seafood but I'm not really into buffet.

Later guys. Last Friday, I followed Romdzi and another friend to a movie so, I really cannot miss this one.

8 facts -Tagged by kak eldynna

List out 8 facts about yourself. So here they are....

Fact #1

I like to bully cats. There are time i like cats, especially when there are a lot of mouse around. I hate cats for messing up with the rubbish in front of my housegate. They also like to poop in front of my house. There's a say,

Di mana ada pasir, di situ kucing berak.

Damn..!

Fact #2

I hate folding cloth. My mom knew that it's useless to ask me to fold the cloth as in the end she has to fix 'em all again. All this while, I only knew how to hang my cloth.

Fact #3

I hate lady drivers who caused me to step on the brake pedal everytime I'm driving behind them. These lady drivers also caused a lot of traffic jams, where, when there's no reasons for traffic jam, they became the reason. Ustaz Sheikhul-Haram bersabda,

"Sesungguhnya memandulah dengan berhati-hati dan biar lambat asal selamat. Jika anda dipandu oleh wanita, bersedialah dengan ucapan syahadah dan bertaubatlah selagi sempat"

Hahahah...

Fact #4

I'm very particular of my car fuel consumption. I will normally fill in my fuel to the maximum and then I'll take out my calculator and start calculating. Make sure you reset the mileage reading upon your previous refill. For my Frontier case, let say the mileage reading is 750km and the fuel refill cost about RM108 which is about 71 liters.

So the calculation would be like, 750 km / 71 liters ~ 10.563 km per liter.

Which 1 liter = RM1.52, so RM 1.52 / 10.563 ~ 14.3 sen

By knowing the numbers would be around that figure everytime you refill your gas, that means your car has no problem and you should not worry of anything.

After calculating, reset your mileage reading to zero again for your next calculation. People say i'm very calculative about it but my point is to ensure that the car is operating at it's normal mode of operation. If it gives a lot of difference, there must be something wrong with the car.

Fact #5

On the highway, I drove pretty slow unless I really have to hurry. My normal speed would be at 90-120 km/h as I will apply the most little pressure on the accelerator. So, I'll be driving like a syaitan in town; as I'm always late for everything.

It's kinda fun you know, to drive like an asshole and sometime you can even hear people swearing at me. Not to mention all the sensored signs.

Fact #6

Other people will feel that they will do better in things from time to time. I felt the other way. The more I do it, the sucker I am.

Maybe I'm lacking of new ideas and things always work the other way around.

I need a break. Feel like going somewhere. Sape nak itot?

Fact #7

Most of the time I'm an asshole. I like to be a jerk to irritate people. One of the incident was that a far neighbour taken my car park in front of my house. I still remember last time when I parked in front of their house, they immediately asked me to move my car as they wanted the car park.

There were this one time, they've taken up my car park.

Fine.

I parked both of my cars, one front and one behind, so close that she wouldn't be able to get out of that car park.

The next day, I went out with a friend so early and never come back until 5 o'clock. I took all my keys away.

The girl was unable to go to work.. Hahahahah...

I had a terrible scold from my mom. Hehehe.

The point is, jgn la cari pasal dengan aku. Memang aku balas balik kow-kow punya.

Buat baik di balas baik... remember that.

Fact #8

I need more friend in JB. Sape nak jadi kawan saya?

Now to list out who are gonna do this tag. What about only girls this time?

1 - Sufiyah
2 - Mazuien
3 - Irmasnina
4 - Voeg
5 - Sarclover
6 - Diva
7 - Kak Azyda
8 - JianaJone
9 - Erin
10 - Taiko

So taiko is a girl also today. hehehe..

September 24, 2007

Weekly jots.

It seems like i have been updating this blog weekly. Or maybe a few daysly. Hehe.

The thing is that I have been so mobile that I cannot sit and do something properly. Things that I can really do properly is watching TV. I haven't even visited my own office for quite sometimes. Furthermore, there's nothing much there plus i'm so lazy to do things nowadays.

The fact that I've just got myself a newly launched camera, which is a Canon EOS 40D, which is supposed to make me a lil bit happier, as you know, people will get excited as they got new things, I felt nothing.

Last week, I've spent most of my time browsing the photography forums looking for a specific camera lens to be added into my lens collection but good deals are way far from reaching me. Nobody is letting me their lens at good price.

And today I noticed a few things that caused the not-so-smooth traffic flows around JB. Back then, I've always wonder what has caused the traffic so slow even though there's nothing can cause the traffic slow flow.

Case 1

This morning as I was sending my car for some minor repair, I was driving behind a car which the driver was tapping on the brake so many times until I'm not sure when did he/she got the time to floor the accelerator. I overtook the car and I saw a chinese lady driver with her seat pushed to the most front and the distance of her body to the steering is almost none, and it seems like she cannot see the road properly (she was driving a VIOS) as i think she is short too.

The braking-all-the-time is really irritating. She drove slowly on the right lane. I overtook her using the left lane. I followed behind her with the speed of only 40km/h.

Case 2

As I was driving under the perling-pasir gudang flyover bridge, i see a lot of cars slowing down even though there's nothing ahead. The road was clear, not narrowing from 3 lanes to 2, no accident no nothing. As I was driving quite fast (u know me) suddenly i've got to jump om ny brake as all the car in front of me braking for nothing. There's no car at all ahead the car in front of my car (it's clearly visible as I was driving my Nissan Frontier). That was close.

Again I took over using the left lane and see a lady driver again. What's wrong with you people? Are you aware that braking for nothing will risk you being hit by the vehicle behind of you.

Case 3

There's a queue of cars waiting to get into the right junction. The first vehicle was a Perodua Viva driven by a lady, followed by a lorry transporting sand for construction, then a proton saga then me. As the road was as clear as crystal, the perodua viva make its move to the junction and followed by the lorry when all of a sudden the perodua viva braked for nothing and the lorry hitthe perodua viva. The following proton saga was almost being hit by an incoming Pajero and I was lucky for not making my move yet.

When asked, she said, the car moved a bit fast so she braked to slow it down. Then she got hit.

Case 4

I was driving behind a Nissan Sentra, which was driven quite fast. I was driving behind it when unfortunately it was passing a lorry and the brake lamp illuminating a lot of times again. There was no car in front of that Nissan Sentra but the car keep braking and braking until I got fed up and i took over both vehicles using the most left lane. There were already a long queue of vehicle behind my car.

When I passed the car, again it was a lady driver. Again. Apa la yang ditakutkan sangat lalu sebelah lori nih?

Conclusion

What do u think ? Vanish all the lady drivers? Hahahaha.

Malay Entry :: Memendam Rasa.

Hari ni aku sangat emo.

Bukan Nemo ok..

Apa taknya. Tiap-tiap hari aku terpaksa memendam rasa dengan orang sekeliling.

Ha korang baca niat puasa tak malam tadi?

Bangun pagi aje dah kena layan traffic jam. Budak-budak pergi sekolah awal giler konon nak balik cepat la pasal puasa kan, tapi banyak jugak aku tengok budak-budak hisap rokok. Kalau makan minum tu ada la maaf lagi kan.

Pastu tengahari pun layan jam lagi pasal budak2 sekolah pagi balik awal. Apa diorang berbuka puasa waktu tengahari ke? Pastu layan jam budak nak masuk sekolah petang pulak.

Giler betul. Dahla pasar dia dekat-dekat pulak tu. Jalan kaki 10 minit dah boleh sampai Pasar Ramadhan satu lagi.

Layan kesesakan lalu lintas lagi.

Nasib baik takde budak main Futsal depan rumah, kalau tak masya allah. Cuba korang bayangkan nenek korang sepak bola ke pintu grill rumah korang berkali-kali. Begitulah perasaannya bila budak-budak tu bermain bola. Dia cover pakai pagar besi je... Bodos...

Pastu, dah nak masuk Isyak, diorang bantai main mercun pulak. Korang tau tak asal usul mercun ni. Ah tak payah la cerita..

Mementang la depan rumah aku tu playground, diorang bantai main mercun memekak macam main combat-combat kolonel saunders. siot betul.

Pastu pergi masjid, satu hal pulak lagi.

Tadi lepas semayang tarawih, aku pun keluar. tengok-tengok selipar aku dah takde di tempatnya tapi kat sebelah tempat yang aku letak tu, ada satu selipar yang sama spesis dengan aku punya. Aku pun sarung ajela.

Tiba-tiba ada pakcik tu sound aku.

"Tu selipar tu saya punya tu...."

Lepastu dia siap secure kan semua selipar ahli keluarga dia, macam aku ni nak curi selipar-selipar diorang tu. Agak humuliated la jugak tapi dia memang tak tau cerita so takpelah..

Cari punya carik, ada kat somewhere else, very good condition lagi tapi yang aku tak tahan tu siap basah sandal tu. Aku pun tak basahkan.

Tension aku. Dah la orang ingat aku nak mencuri selipar dia. Sure dalam kereta nanti dia bagitau anak bini dia.

"Kalau abah tak selamatkan selipar-selipar korang tadi, sure hilang. Tadi ada pencuri nak curi selipar abah. Nasib baik abah cepat."

Dah lepas ni kalau jumpa dia kat masjid, dia cap aku pencuri pulak. Siotttt...

How Ramadhan used to be..

My father is a government servant who would stay at a place for long. Every few years, he will be tranferred to other places.

To list them down, but it would be not necessary, I've stayed in so many places. Even though our country is not as big as other countries, different places have different ways of doing things.

Last time, there were no pasar ramadhan. As I can still remember, in Kelantan, people would go to the bazaar to get kuihs for berbuka puasa.

Before i forgotten, I do think that the English Dictionary should adapt the word kuih, as they adapted the word amok.

My father took me to the mosque for Tarawikh and I was actually feel like crying wondering when is the prayer gonna finished.

Then, I think I've started to fast as early as I was 7. I can't remember how many days i did but i started to complete the whole month when I was 10.

My brothers and sisters did much better than me. Most of them started to complete the whole month as early as 7 or 8 years old.

When I was in standard one, the reason why I went to tarawikh is to eat after the prayer. There's nothing special about it, but having food together with other people is something fun for me. We are able to rush for foods and so on. But note that only kids did that.

My favourite drinks for berbuka puasa was either cincau (jellygrass eh?) or red syrup with selasih. Nowadays, i only consume plain water, not more than that.

Last time, the dates comes in a compact packaging, which were heavy with sugar and sometimes they're a bit elastic but for me, they're nice! Nowadays, they have imported the new wet or fresh dates, which no longer come in that compressed packaging, but the dates were even came with the stem. Of course it taste nicer.

Last time, before the berbuka puasa time, I will sit in front of the food waiting for that moment to come, waited hungrily until one day my father was mad at me for not being patient. Since I started working, most of the time, I would spend my time in front of the PC while waiting for the moment to come. There are even times when I break my fast only with mineral water.

Now, i ate everything my mom prepared. Like today, I didn't to east so much but everything she prepared for us were irresistable. For 2 days, I've been having rice for sahur.

Last time, while waiting for the berbuka puasa, The television will air the drama play of the historical story of Prophet Muhammad or other prophets. Today, they play the drama of a french boy who was not fasting at all. And if you notice the girl who acted in that drama, was the same girl who was the Sargeant Saunders in that TV3 Merdeka advertisement.

I love that girl. So much hehehe..

And I still remember last time, when I was in Terengganu, to be exact while schooling in Sekolah Rendah Sultan Sulaiman, and I was in standard 3, the school canteen operates as usual and they were like almost 80% of the students were not fasting, especially the standard 6 students. They eat like nobody's business. I was just standing behind the entrance looking at what they eat.

Then, i feel like miskin. I want to eat but as I'm fasting my mom didn't give me money at all. At that time, I pity myself hahahaha.

There was this one day, I bought my mom my favourite goreng pisang with sambal. In terengganu, they eat goreng pisang with sambal in red, just like the johoreans who eat goreng pisang with sambal in black.

I got scolded because I didn't realized that I ate some of them while walking home. I was fasting but I totally forgotten that I was fasting so I just eat without realizing that it was for my mom.

When I was in standard 5 and 6, i faced the most challenging days of my fasting days. My granma was up for doing the dodol, from 6 AM and end up only at 5PM. The crazy heat made most of them to break their fast but I luckily passed it.

Not to mention doing the lemang part, rendang and so on.

Nowadays, when I ask my granma about doing the dodol she says AH!

Last time, people won't normally fast on the last day of Ramadhan for the reason of cooking this and that, slaughtering the cows and so on. Nowadays people have no good reason to do so.

I wouldn't be sleeping if I'm to list everything down in here. Well, the most important thing is to enjoy puasa. I enjoy puasa as days that I don't have to think about food anymore.

I even ask my mom not to cook a lot, but she knows me too well that she will still cook with knowing that I would still be the person who lick up all the dishes till the last drop.

No wonder eh? Last time my butt was solid flat but now I have a lil but of figure. Hehehe..

Selamat Berpuasa.

Again!

Imagine..

1.Nasi putih panas..
2.Ikan keli bakar, cicah air asam
3.ulam raja ngan sambal + tempoyak
4.Gulai nenas ikan masin
5.air sirap+biji selasih..

Slurrrrrrppp.... sheeesh.. (the floor is wet with drops of you saliva I think)

I was told by my brother who is studying in Russia that the Moslems in Russia had their lunch after the Jumaat Prayer during the Ramadhan.

Most of my Bakau workers didn't fast at all. So this year, I announced the first day of Ramadhan to be their official holiday, nobody should do their work so at least they can fast for at least one day. Hope they would.

I myself is suffering from mild dehydration and thirst. I used to drink a lot at daytime so during sahur, I took almost 8 glasses of water crossed chewed with the dates. I was thinking of not having heavy meal but my mom is cooking shrimps.

DAMN!

Since last year, I have no longer visited the Pasar Ramadhan. We intended not to waste on food as normally we just throw off the left overs bought from the Pasar Ramadhan. Some people would want everything at one go, kuih, fruits, all the sweet2 drinks, a lot of dishes bla bla bla. For me, it was all waste and waste.

Ramadhan is an opportunity to get slim; to throw the fats away, reduce weight and be able to move more actively after the Ramadhan. It's a good exercise to train your body to consume less food and tell your brain to control your appetite.

Why can't we have a nice berbuka puasa time with plain waters and dates. And in case you still want to have rice (kita mesti makan nasi like KFC), get a plate of plain rice, ulam and telur goreng kicap. Trust me, it's more that enough.

At this time, I wish I'm working in KL whereby I used to fast breaking with a bottle of mineral water. I went back, accidentally fell asleep and woke up just to realize that it's already 630AM.

Ramadhan 2004, I managed to get my weight reduced from 69 to 62.

I'm gonna do it again this year. Now I'm 75. Bad bad. I'm so heavy.

Last year, I gained from 66 to 71.

Do you guys went to Tarawikh Prayer? Why should you people go? Any reason?

I go there because I like it. The feeling is awesome, especially if the Imam is a Tahfiz who recites the Quran verses in a way that makes us feel like we're so blessed and lucky to be a moslem.

Well, it went off as I walked off the mosque. So I went everyday to get that feeling.

My family last time, as granma has always pushed me by saying the fadhilat of doing the Tarawikh for tonight, has always did it for the sake of the rewards of each nights. For example,

1st Night : The sins of a mukmin would be cleared as if he/she is just born.
4th Night : Given rewards as reading the Taurat (old testament), Zabur, Injil and Quran.
24th Night : Allah allows 24 doa to be favoured.

I have questioned myself, especially the 4th night, why would we be given the rewards as reading the 4 kitabs as actually Quran is way greater above the rest. And why should god let only 24 doas to be favoured as god may do as many as god wants.

For me, Tarawikh is something like the stalls when you have a football final match, where as, without the stalls, the match is boring without the ballons, food, drinks and what so ever.

As actually Tarawikh is much better than the stalls, Tarawikh is a kind of prayer which is only done on the month of Ramadhan to for us to cherish and to apreciate the blessed Ramadhan.

So it's like really nothing much to do at night, so I just go. I'm holding to this one Hadith which sound something like whoever cherished the night of Ramadhan with good faith and hoping for rewards from god, their sins will be forgiven.

Well, we all used to be fed with the 30 fadhilats of practicing Tarawikh Prayer for that 30 nights and what if I say that I doubt all that last time, but I'm totally againts them now?

As the study has been made by some scholars, there is no such hadith found, in both the main Hadith reference and the Maudhu'.

It is believed that it's a hadith that was just made purposely to cheat the Moslems.

So are we all cheated?

Thanx Gee for this super valuable info. I appreciate it very much.

Anugerah Era 07

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Budiey for being so nice to ask me to follow him to Anugerah Era 2007. Sounds kewl but I was already imagining how tired I would be as I've been so into the work of pictures editing lately. It was all really cold up there. I don't to have smoke to blow smokes from my mouth.

There were a lot of people, and Anuar Zain actually arrived late, and he was warmly welcomed by the crowd, and by us, the photographers especially.

The event started at around 2100, and started with a show from the Jinbara, followed by Adam and his friends later. Soon as they're finished, AC, Kiran and I don't know who the hell was that girl came out to announce the New Artist award. Then followed by an Orang Asli dance gimmick by one of the presenter, who was actually Aznil Nawawi. He together with Dayang Nurfaizah presenting the award of, err.. I don't remember.. Can someone make me recall? Urghhh...

Actually it was because I was looking at the girl who was holding the awards. She's so beautiful....

Later, I was fascinated with the stunning performance from Kazar and Kristal. I didn't Kazar is a good singer and as mentioned by Sultan Muzaffar in his blog, he was one of the Bintang RTM finalist. I tell you, Kazar rocks! From someone who I know spoke Negeri Sembilan Dialects very well now he's a singer with a powderful voice! I'm gonna like him more!

It was Linda and the singer of Keris Patih from Indonesia giving away the award of Global Music. It was later followed by a medley of Malay Songs Rojaked with English + Indian Raps. OK la.. Not so bad.

Look at Sarimah. Isn't she beautiful?

There were a lot more awards giving and shows. There were so many to tell, but there are some interesting shows that I can still remember.

Anuar zain's performance is again notably good, but it was way off my expectation. It was plain but I guess you people out there must have liked it like mad. Well, Kazar it way much better than Anuar Zain. I think Anuar got some problem with the voice as well.

Keris Patih from Indonesia was one of the good performers for the night. Even though they were playing songs that was something irregular to my ears but the vocal is notably perfect. Why can't Malaysian do something like this? I saluted the vocalist as his voice is awesomely fine.

Yeah. This is a duet version of Rama-rama song of Ella? Heh. The little girl was the winner of, I think she won the Impersonating Ella contest and she sang very well. Why last time there was no such thing, if there's something like impersonating Awie or Amy, I'll surely participate.

To make it short, here is the list of the winners of Anugerah Era Awards `07:

A tiring weekend

Yeah,

So that's why today I've just woke up from my long afternoon nap. Budiey expected me to have updated my blog but sorry dude, I'm way too tired of travelling.

I've got to wake up early saturday morning to catch the 6.30 bus and I thought I'm so lucky to be able to ride on a double decker bus. That was my second time. It was nice to sit pretty high but given the last row seat of the bus.

I believe the backache (and the exhaustion) I'm having is cause by the bus.

Time to get rid of my extra fats I suppose. A friend of mine who is slightly lighter than me is now suffering from the, errr.. what they call it, slip disc uh?

Further, the double decker bus was so slow that I expected myself to be able to reach the Serdang R&R by 10.00 AM but it reached there at around 10.30. I was late for the meeting at the Telekom Tower but thank god Elizany was waiting patiently at the R&R while sleeping.

And I've got my first experience in a Proton Tiara. Not bad lah. For me, any car that can actually be driven is good enough. So actually Elizany forced me to drive the car as he was still unable to wake from his booze.

I went with that short meeting (a briefing actually) and went for lunch at the Bangsar. Went home and grabbed Mazuien's car to be driven to Genting.

Why am I going to Genting? I won't go there for nothing. Actually, Budiey had asked me to go with him to Genting for the Anugerah Era 07,and freakingly excited as a photographer, I just said yes and you know how fast I was driving that Perodua Kelisa up to Genting?

I took only 40 minutes to reach the top from KLCC. Hahahaha. Perodua Kelisa rocks. After this I'm gonna try with both my Frontier and Civic. See whether they can beat Kelisa or not.

I was really like 'Unta masuk hutan' when I reached Genting. I don't really know the place and if I'm alone, I'd just went off. Well, we had a nice lunch at the Burger King (thanx to Budiey for your treat). Mahal tu beb. 2 meals at RM32++. Can already have 3 normal meals at the McDonalds downhill.

The thing started with the showcase at around 5 PM and ends at around 630PM. As usual the showcase were normally for the AF grads or new artists. Up to my surprise, Rosma AF is damn thin. I remember last Aznil Nawawi, had by mistake (or intentionally) called her 'Anak Gajah' (Elephant child) in one of the AF concert.

Now, I'm also very well tergoda. Her pictures (lotsa pictures) were all worth keeping and staring at.

Dafi is maybe cute but I think everyone noticed he was way out of tune a lot of time when singing the Dewa song. I've forgotten the song name already. One of my favourite song.

At around 7, Budiey and I went inside the Arena Starts Area waiting for the Green Carpet event after getting my media tag. Kewl eh? Why not red carpet? Don't ask me..

While waiting for the flows of the artists to walk in on the red carpet, Mr. Boogie noticed me and smsed me. Kewl. Nice meeting you dude! He's an Astro guy uh? Hehehehe..

Here are them on the red carpet guys! More updates in my Pojok and Photo Blogs.

Double Impact

A simple maths for you to consider.

First Impact

Years, from 1997-2004, when the RM was pegged to USD, 1 USD is equivalent to RM3.80.

So for years, a lot of people enjoying this stability for doing business without having to be scared of the currency price hikes and so on.

People used to export things at USD100 per tonne of which they made RM30 profit from each tonne. If they export 1000 tonne, that means they're making RM30,000 profit.

As for now, 1 USD has dropped to RM3.40, they're still selling at USD100 per tonne, of which they're now making -RM10.

That's a loss.

So they really cannot sell timbers anymore. They really cannot sell because the disability of Malaysian not-so-good-of-quality timbers to compete with the international cheap prices and better quality timbers. There are even sawmillers from Johor who bought timbers directly from the US.

Why not? The US are selling in the same US dollar price. The fuel price is also in US dollar so what do they care? They were all spending in US dollar. So in fact, they are making money no matter what.

So, the wood price has dropped. To a level that is hard to survive.

Second Impact

Kelantan, Pahang and Terengganu is very well-known to be producing a lot of logs, big logs and of high quality compared to Johor. All this while, whenever Johor has been asking to be buying logs from them, Johor people can only get the small-sized logs.

Even though Johor is very well known as the State with the most number of wood industries such as furnitures and sawmilling.

And because they also have been selling to the Thailand, as they are paying better money as they're exporting furnitures, paid in USD.

The election is coming, and as state governments needs money, they have released a lot of logging areas and the permits, of which means that a lot of logs are coming.

Unfortunately, as the US dollar drops like hell, East Coast Timbers (ECT from Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang) who were being paid in RM has been in some ways become expensive to the Thailand, and furthermore, the cost has been so high in Baht that selling US dollar is no longer profitable.

Hence, they refused to buy the ECTs.

What happened? They are desperately dumping all the timbers to Johor now as Johor's wood industry is still surviving. That made the timber prices to drop a lot more as they supplies are more than the demand.

So, the wood price has dropped. To a level that the buyer can just ask for the best price anytime.

Conclusion

It's a double impact. Price of timber has gone down really bad. This situation lead by these situations:-

1. The US is lowering down their USD value so that they can sell their things. (Another economic attack?)
2. The election is coming. Hehehe..

So who are you going to vote?

Merdekakah kamu?

That means, you smells bad. Even the monkey ran away.

Hehehe.. Gotcha..

That actually means, are you really free, independent from all kind of colonization.

Sigh, I need 10 more words in english to translate a two word phrase in Malay. My English is still nonethelessly bad.

I have always asked myself, what does independent actually mean to all of us? Malaysia has been colonized by so many people until i do think there are people who were still unaware of that Malaysia once was not even Malaysia.

Tanah Melayu sounds very obsessive. Malaysia makes the same meaning as anything with the suffix 'ia' brought the meaning of land. Like, Australiza, eh silap australia, austria, kampuchea bla bla bla. Malaysia also means Tanah Melayu but, if you suffix an 'l', it will become Malay S**l. Hehehe. No offence eh. Hehehe, fact what?

So we can actually ourselves as an 'AS' as asia is for 'tanah as'. Luckily it was not spelled Assia, which means Tanah Ass. Tanah Bontot.

"Are you assian?" (adakah anda orang tanah bontot?)

"I am an ass" (saya adalah bontot?)

Why not Malayland like the netherland, switzerland, holland, new zealand, swaziland and bla bla bla. It may sounds weird but as the name Malaysia came out, I think a lot of people did think that the name was weird too. Just like us when we heard of the word MalayLand.

Maybe at that time, the word 'Si*l' does not exist yet so they happily accept the name. Very happy until later, the Lion City got to pull themselves off the country as it's the Land of the Malay, not for others.

Worse, they twisted the history to make us look bad. Pity Malaysia.

You may read this as something harm but this is what actually boggling my mind. I've read in a lot of places where people regarded Malaysia and Malaysi*l.

Pathetic. They live in this country but can you please be thankful that you're still alive, can't you guys?

Merdeka right? Lucky you know. You're very lucky. We're very lucky. All of us are.

I know, there's a lot of racist out there but why do you have to? Bear in mind, all we need is to live and let die. All we need is to work and make money. The economy is so bad, why do we have to listen to all the racism hypes.

We're all 50 years being on our own and what we need is to work. Take a far look ahead and think of your future, your anak cucu and your country.

Well, yesterday, when I drove around JB, I saw some Malay chaps shouting Merdeka in a very pathetic manner while being drunk.

I believe they're all muslim...

Sad... Are we really merdeka then?

Jakarta This Time

On Monday, I was supposed to be posting an entry saying that I'm going to Jakarta and see you guys in another few more days.

But then I may conclude that both my N70 and N73 were unable to make such post.

I was at the KLIA when I was trying to hit that post. There was a lounge with Internet facility but they asked for something like RM80 to get in..

Blegh.

So, on that Monday, as I was on the ERL to the KLIA from KLSentral, I've got a call from my sister telling me that my brother, Izzat was involved in an accident on the highway.

Funny, he didn't dare to call me at all.

And we departed from KLIA at around 5 something, as the flight was a lil bit delayed. They were still busy loading things when I was already boarded, as you can see above.

Who are we? We are, me, 3 from Wakala Johor and 1 from Wakala Penang. I'm from Wakala Skudai.

We arrived at the Soekarno Hatta's at around 8 something their time and we're headed straight away to a restaurant for dinner. We were warmly welcomed by the Goldex's staff, Miss Novi and the VIP immigration representative, Pak Waluyo, who took all out passport and let us to walk through the green lane.

Keeeeeewwwwwwlll... isn't it? The chick who sat next to me in the flight waved at me as i was passing through them. If she's willing to follow me to the hotel, I will surely take her with me to pass the green lane hehehehehe. Everybody was looking at us with envy.

Or maybe that was just my 'perasan' feeling.

But we were still be the last went out, because my bag was the last to come out from the flight. Damn it! Later, we were taken to the car to be taken to the dinner place. It was an ALPHARD. Jakun giler seh. That was my first time.

Surprisingly, there's a traffic officer escorting us all the way! Hahahahah. I started to feel so bongkak at that time, no matter what.

Even though Jakarta's traffic was all jammed, we managed to reach in half an hour. I guess you can see how we did it. Thanx to the traffic officer.

The best thing during the dinner was the sausage, and it was chicken sausage. Chewing it reminds me of the popular sausage at the IKEA, which was found to be using the pig's intestine.... hmmm.. who cares.....

Just before we were taken to the Sultan Hotel, (owh no wonder we were treated like a sultan ay?) they took us to an office of the intended place for the new Gold Exchange.

So, we arrived at the Sultan Hotel around 11.00 PM their time, which was 12.oo PM Malaysian time. As I checked in, the room was marvellous. I can share the bed with another two girls; if I wanted to hehe, but I was too tired.

The next morning, there was again the delicious chicken sausage and I enjoyed it with the omelette. Damn the chicken sausage was addictive. Luckily I got 'em all for free. Then we were taken to the Jakarta Future Exchange (JFX). Later we had lunch at the Nasi Padang Natrabu. Hell, I ate my most favourited (past tensed lagi) otak and urat lembu. At the end of lunch, I was calculating the calories. But it was damn syiok i tell you.

In the afternoon, we went to the Goldex office and later the steamboat dinner at the Mulya Hotel. In the picture, that was Carestha, a 23-year-old girl who was a smart girl that managed to finished her diploma at the age of 19. Forget it guys, she's married with a kid. Amazing pretty lady.

We were fully occupied for the whole day and returned to the room exhausted. That means no shopping, so no souvenirs. Sorry guys.

I was having another big breakfast the next day before we were taken to Pak Fenny's office. Pak Fenny is the one who supplied the IC and Passport for the Indonesian People. Damn. Imagine if he charge RM10 per IC. Indonesian has no less than 200 million people.

There, he has already got RM2 billion. During our visit to his office, a reporter from one of the Koran (news paper) came to interview Pak Fenny about his involvement in the International Gold Dinar in Indonesia.

As the reporters were around, we were also given the chance to preview the almost complete latest line of the dinar to be produced. The rectangle like gold bar is valued at 47.5 dinar, while the other coins from the left are 20 Dinar, 8 Dinar, 2 Dinar, 1 Dinar and 1/2 Dinar. The one below is 1 Dirham.

See, you read my blog, you also have the privillege to preview these dinar way much earlier than others. Even Mahathir or apatah lagi Paklah has not even seen this dinar variations yet. This would be the first ever preview of complete line of IGD to be revealed to the world. Trust me. You would never be able to see this elsewhere.

So, we had lunch and then headed straight back to the BANDARA (Bandar Udara), or in Bahasa Melayu we call it airport. Hahahaha...

So now I'm already in Malaysia, and already back in JB. One thing I would never forget, only BMW X5, Mercedesz E class and Toyota Alphard was provided for the transportation, and was police escorted all the time!

Well I think i'd really love to share this video, as it was the best ever experience in my life. Only in JAKARTA Indonesia. I would never get this in any part in the world... yet..

Hahahahahaha... jangan jeles.. !

Have you ever been dismissed?

Dear sparkle,

You ah, anything to do with gender you musti speak up punya eh, hahahaha.. Very biased la you.. :p

I do love your comments anyway. They made me smile all day :)

Well for me, there are a few things that involve egolah, not everything. That's why, i cannot accept a lot of things, in both loud and silence mode. I'm a barbaric rebel sometimes.

I'd love to be a barbarian, if i have the chance. Not the closed barbaran disco itu yerh. That one you can see a lot of barbarian girls, wearing flintstones-like dresses. Hehehe..

OK, about girls? There's nothing left not to be accepted hahahaha! In my case here, I have a lot of unacceptable things about the government. Well what else i can do other than mumbling in this blog?

Hello, at least uh, if I don't like i say it out loud.

I think, there's a lot of silent rebels out there but I've found someone just like me, studying in Taiwan who is with more guts came up with that 'Negarakuku' song.

Very brave-lah.

But then, they've turn it into an issue where leads people to think that it was such a harassment to the Negaraku song. WHY?

The thing is, the lyrics are more towards complaining about the policy of this country. He's not telling other than the truth(s).

How I see it, as the government think that the issues are very harming to them, but not to sound like a dictatorator, autocraticianism, or whatever term they use, (pardon the spelling i purposely did), they tell people that the song is harassing the national anthem.

In my humble opinion, there's no such thing as harassment of Negaraku. It's not that he changed the lyrics of Negaraku to something like, "Raja Kita Selamat Ber*m*n", like my schoolmates were doing when we're in school last time.

There were a lot more worse and pathetic lyric modifications but nobody cares because it has nothing to do with the government policy.

If you watch TV3, they were talking about it every single day but they didn't dare to display or elaborate on the lyrics at all as it will actually brought up the real issue. Why the TV stations are doing that?

Because....

Not every Internet savvy is watching TV. And if they watch, they watch astro because if you can afford internet at home, obviously you can afford astro. And if you are an internet user, you'll see things not really into details as most internet users do things so quickly so for them, work is more important.

Was it as simple as that? There's more...

Not every TV watchers use Internet. So they took advantage of this situation to tell not the whole thing.

I was wondering, what does that has got to do with the economy? I'm not sure what's really happening but most world banks were taking steps to ease money liquidation of which Zetty of Bank Negara (bukan Zetty kawan saya yang kerja di cyberjaya itu) thinks that we're still able to manage.

If that's true, ALHAMDULILLAH, but for how long?

We are going into an era where we are consuming what they want us to know, not what do we really want to know.

So, there's no issue on the economy. That's it. Thank you. You can sleep.

***********

And um, remember last time i was looking for a clerk?

Yesterday she was dismissed and I cannot accept the fact that she had done something really bad that lead to her dismissal. At the first place, the reason why i hired her is because she is a 'Muallaf', meaning she had just became a moslem.

Hehe, my partner is a missionary so don't expect me to be the one to educate her about a lot of things. Maybe a few but I think my partner is a better person to do so.

With the most 'suci' intention, we hired her and tested her for a month and a half before something happened and she was dismissed by my partner yesterday. I can't do it, as all this while I was so close to her and I trusted her.

Last time, I was so thankful that she has a boyriend, who happened to be a tahfiz student of some local tahfiz school. Insya Allah everything will go well as i hope that guy will guide her through out her life.

But, that tahfiz guy, also tak boleh pakai.

What was she doing?

I do think it's not appropriate for me to tell, of which I think i should just let it go, and accept the fact that she's not who i think she was.

Of which I can't.

The truth is...

Would you guys agree with me that humans scared of the truth?

As a matter of fact, I do agree with it that sometimes I myself cannot accept some fact of my life.

That's why there's a phrase, "Terimalah kenyataan" (accept the fact), of which when somebody told me that, I'm hurt and feel like doing something stupid. Luckily I'm not a person with power, or else I cannot think of anything I would do to cover the truth that I have to accept.

What bother me is whether

a. not accepting and bearing with the truth

is the same with

b. trying not to let people to know the truth?

From my experience, the act of not accepting and bearing with the truth is an act that will lead me to try to defend myself, and fight over it by proving that the fact is not supposed to be correct. I've always been into this kind of arguments; no matter with whoever it was, as an opposition towards accusation that has be thrown over me.

There are things that we do for some reasons, and good people will defend themselves on their deeds, no matter good or bad it was, good people will stand and defend. NO matter what other people have said. As a human being, we cannot escape from the world where people do empty talk, and they will still talk even though they didn't know what was real. So bad, people still do it even though they know it's wrong.

In another aspect of the question, what do you think of not letting people to get to know the truth? In simpler terms, they covered the truth. In a very much simpler simpler terms, they lied.

In our nowadays life, what do we value? I'm afraid that I myself got to admit that I value anything that can survive me rather than the life value that we have always learnt; respect, toleration, helping each other, be kind on and so on. We are in the situation that we have to work real hard to survive.

And there are people who didn't really have to work hard to survive. Lucky them, but don't you think that the system contributed so much of what we're experiencing right now?

People says that communism is bad, real real bad. I have once watched a documentary on the North Korea where it displayed how loyal and obeyful the people were. They do everything for the country. The country's leader has been made the reason why they lived in the country and the most important thing is, the unity that has been shown. Not only that, they are able to anytime to fight to defend the country if needed.

Do not look at ourselves. It's a shame. Our soccer team played like children just to lose themselves 0-5 in a match.

It's in the news today, where most of the world's central banks have been crediting money to the banking sectors to ease the liquifying of money as the credit has been so bad that liquifying is a problem.

Where did all the money gone? Aren't people save their money in the bank and if they did took 'em out and spend 'em all, the money would still be around in the market and who can afford to keep so much cash at home? The money would still go to the bank and the money is supposed to still be there.

What does it mean by the problem of money liquifying? Again, where has the money gone.

This is just how the system work. When circle is out of money, they will just print the money and then they have the money. What happened to those who cannot print the money?

And how the rich get richer and the poor get poorer?

Rich people have big deposit in the bank, they earn interest and the bank had to pay them. Poor people, was like earn and spend everything they have got and what leaft maybe not enough to make them earn as much as the richer.

How did the bank pay the interest? Even when the money is being circulated around, think about this. Let say a country have RM1 billion in circulation and when the banks circulated the money around, they expect interest. If the money is just RM1 billion, at the end of the day, would it be logical that they expect somekind of interest return, but the money being circulated is just RM1 billion.

If that's complicated, then it would be more complicated that the central bank were actually printing 15% of the total money to be reinjected every year, for the reason of to replace the damaged paper money.

But that is how the interest was being paid. And that's also why the inflation goes up every year, as the total money in the market increase, the inflation goes up too. Remember the 'Banana Paper Money' during the world war II. It has no value that even to buy an ounce of rice, you have to have a big sack of money to exchange.

Well, as I watch a mind-widening movie just now, people were not only afraid of truth but they'll do everything to cover the truth, but do not forget that there are a lot of people that will stand their life to tell the truth, for the sake of other people.

It was a movie on how a chemist of a tobacco company revealed a secret ingredient of the tobacco; of which it will keep the addicted smokers, to keep addicted to cigarettes, as all we know, th smokers are addicted to the nicotine, and as most governments are disallowing over-nicotinized cigarettes, the tobacco companies decided to replace nicotine with something that had an addictive effect like nicotine but the effect is more like addictive drugs, in order not to lose the business.

He was fired by the tobacco company for not agreeing with the action taken. The company threaten his family and did everything to stop him.

To reveal the truth, he lost his everything. Job, family and so on. And he kept being humiliated all the time and even though when his truth has been widely accepted by people, he still not getting what he lost.

I envy his spirit, but can I afford to lose like him? Is there any girl/lady would stand behind me with such humiliations?

I bet nobody will. -sigh-

And in this country, the government was even better. To defend themselves, they shut people's mouth, of which in my opinion, very diplomatic and democratic (blegh).

Has Mahathir even asked the blog to be closed? He never warn but he fights back like a man.

He's the man lah. No matter what. He even dares to challenge the Americans too. And he alone challenged the prime minister he approved. Very the drama also. Pening-pening.

Well, I know how hard it is to be the only one in the wilderness.

* to note, after that movie, I think I'm gonna quit buying tobaccos.

Boleh!

Oh yeah. I've been busy nagging to my siblings for the past few weeks that I forgotten to nag to myself; in this blog.

It's already August the 5th and in conjunction with the 50th Anniversary of the Independence of Tanah Melayu, this year's Merdeka Celebration is expected to be extra ordinary.

I was born in the year where Malaysia was about to celebrate it's 20th Independence Anniversary. For the past 30 years, it may not be as great as our auncestres (in the dictionary, it was the origin of the word ancestor), but I may claim that I am among the people who have seen most of the major changes and advancement in the country.

WHY?

Because I was there when Tun Dr. Mahathir first became the prime minister when I was just 4 years old. I can still remember how both Arwah Tun Hussein Onn and Tun Mahathir appeared on TV when the new Prime Minister was announced in 1981.

Who would ever imagine that a bridge would replace the ferry service from Seberang Prai to Penang. On August 3 1985, I can still remember how Tun Dr. Mahathir drove a red Sedan Proton Saga crossing the Penang bridge to symbolize the realization of the 2 dreams, the bridge and proton.

If he didn't engineered the buy out of Guthrie Corporation in the London Stock Exchange on September 7, 1981, British will still colonize almost 200,000 acres of our land.

Islamic banking was his idea, even though it was a failure in implementation. Other than Umar Vadillo who found Gold Dinar as a solution to the corrupted system of Capitalism, Mahathir was the only Nation Leader who pushed the implementation of Gold Dinar, of which something that the capitalizers were trying to avoid as it's disability of being manipulated.

What else? Imagine how long would you still take to drive back to your hometown if the North South Highway was not built? And those who are now working in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya, be thankful that those places, even how bad and remote it is, both place provided jobs to thousands of people, including you guys.

I had never imagine that Formula One (F1) will one day be held in Malaysia. I was an F1 maniac since i was very small. Do you know that last time the F1 engine was just 1.6 turboed? And wouldn't you be proud even if Malaysia once had not one but two tallest buildings on the earth for seven years?

If you're not proud, maybe u're not a Malaysian. If you're a Malaysian but you're not proud, something is wrong with you. Maybe you're an unappreciative moronic idiot.

For me, Hujan Emas di Negeri orang, Baiklah negeri sendiri.

MALAYSIA BOLEH has always been his biggest influence on me.

When I was small, i worshipped rock bands. I wonder how do my father took great pictures with his film SLRs. I wish i could be an F1 driver, driving ridiculously fast on the tracks.

I have my own rock band once, I raced on tracks last time and now I'm a photographer using more complicated and hi-tech cameras.

There's a lot more as Mahathir keep inspiring and get me aspired all the time.

Inspired people write and talk about it while aspired people works!

So for those inspired and aspired people out there, keep on living up and pursuing your dream. It's not easy but think of how well it may worth you in return.

I've been extremely happy and busy last week, meeting and seeing people, going to KL to photoshoot an event till I was shocked with a phone call from my father telling me that he's warded and till tonight, after a minor surgery, he's still in there, bored of sleeping alone but I guess he'll be discharged tomorrow.

Let's do not let it jeopardize my Merdeka Mood. I'm watching Alfie now and that mid-aged lady is hell temptuous. Gotta watch

G'nite!
